The National Mirror Committee on Food Products (MCFP) ISO TC34 met in Yaoundé on October 30, 2018. The working session in which all the stakeholder took part and was chaired by Mr. KANGUE KOUM Henri, President of the MCFP articulated on the theme: "Monitoring International Standards projects". As a reminder, the role of this Committee is to mirror and ensure coherent position of Cameroon on draft International Standards for food products.
The main objective of this meeting was to take stock of the activities of the Committee and to reflect on possible actions to be carried out in 2019. In that line, stakeholders were sensitized on the importance of maximum involvement of all in the activities of the Committee to ensure full efficiency.
At the end of the session, the President, while commending the participants for their various contributions during the meeting invited them to maintain their dynamism and rigor in achieving the objectives of the Committee.
